Repeat PrescriptionsPlease order in person or via your MyHealthOnline account and allow 24 hours before collection.
Test ResultsPlease telephone the surgery AFTER 12 O’CLOCK to check if the results of your tests are back.
Sick CertificatesYou only need a doctor’s note if you are unable to work and are ill for longer than seven calendar days.

We are excited to announce that we will be relocating to our new practice in Late Spring 2024 To help our patients navigate these changes, we will be writing to all of you very soon and will include a list of FAQ’s (frequently asked questions). Please look out for this letter in the post. It will include an email address for any queries. We will also be offering 2 drop in sessions at our current practice for patients to come and see us to ask questions.
