*** Update*** – Access to General Medical Services – Corporation Road Surgery

Further to a previous correspondence issued on 21/02/2023 advising you of the move of Corporation Road Surgery to 107 Clare Road, Grangetown, Cardiff CF11 6QQ, due to other unforeseen circumstances the relocation is unable to take place on Monday 13^th March 2023.

As such, from 13^th March 2023, patients should continue to access general medical services from the existing Corporation Road Surgery site, 4 – 6 Corporation Road, Grangetown, Cardiff.

Patients should continue to contact the surgery on the current phone number 02920 231 259.

On Monday 13^th & Tuesday 14^th March 2023, the surgery will be operating as an urgent only service.

We will contact patients via text message where we have a mobile phone number.

We are excited to announce that we will be relocating to our new practice in Late Spring 2024 To help our patients navigate these changes, we will be writing to all of you very soon and will include a list of FAQ’s (frequently asked questions). Please look out for this letter in the post. It will include an email address for any queries. We will also be offering 2 drop in sessions at our current practice for patients to come and see us to ask questions.
