Repeat prescriptions

Please order in person or via your MyHealthOnline account and allow 24 hours before collection

We do not take repeat prescription requests via email

24 hours notice must be given for repeat prescriptions’.

Place requests into the box provided on the Reception Counter.
Your may provide stamped addressed envelopes and the prescription will be posted to you.
Telephone the surgery with your request. AFTER 10am

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.

We are excited to announce that we will be relocating to our new practice in Late Spring 2024 To help our patients navigate these changes, we will be writing to all of you very soon and will include a list of FAQ’s (frequently asked questions). Please look out for this letter in the post. It will include an email address for any queries. We will also be offering 2 drop in sessions at our current practice for patients to come and see us to ask questions.
