Services will operate as normal up until 6.30pm Friday 7th June 2024 from the current location at 107 Clare Road, Grangetown, Cardiff CF11 6QQ
The telephone number for the Practice will not be affected by this move – the existing number of 02922 930501 will continue to apply.
